Account Executive
Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract. You'll sell transformation, not software licenses.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build relationships with C-suite and VP-level operations leaders
- Partner with Solutions Architects on technical discovery and proposals
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Contribute to sales playbooks and competitive positioning
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS or consulting sales experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Consultative selling approach — we don't do hard sells
