Lets Automation provides business process automation consulting, implementation, and management services. Our Services include but are not limited to:

- Consulting and strategic advisory services
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

6. Client Engagements
Specific automation projects and consulting engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) executed between Lets Automation and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW or MSA, the SOW or MSA shall prevail.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, business processes, and proprietary information shared during engagements as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lets Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use our Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
- Any errors or omissions in any content on our website
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lets Automation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
