AI Automation for Clinics & Healthcare in India
We take three jobs off your front desk: answering every appointment call even mid-consultation, sending the reminders that cut no-shows, and answering the same twenty questions patients ask every day.
Sound familiar?
- The phone rings during a consultation. Reception is helping a patient at the counter. The call — a new patient trying to book — goes unanswered.
- Patients call after 8pm to book for tomorrow morning. They get no answer and call the clinic down the road instead.
- Someone spends an hour every evening calling tomorrow's patients to confirm, and half don't pick up.
- No-shows leave OPD slots empty while other patients couldn't get an appointment.
- The same questions all day: timings, fees, which doctor sits when, what to bring for the test, where exactly the clinic is.
- Appointment entries live in a register, a WhatsApp chat and someone's memory — and they don't always agree.
Where automation actually helps
Every call answered
- What it is:
- An AI receptionist that answers calls in Hindi, Gujarati or English — books, reschedules and cancels appointments against your real calendar.
- What it replaces:
- Missed calls during consultations, lunch hour, and after closing.
- What changes:
- A patient calling at 9pm books tomorrow's slot instead of calling the next clinic.
Reminders that cut no-shows
- What it is:
- Automatic WhatsApp and SMS reminders the evening before and the morning of every appointment, with one-tap confirm or reschedule.
- What it replaces:
- The evening confirmation-call hour that reaches half the list.
- What changes:
- Patients confirm or free the slot in time for someone else to take it.
The same twenty questions, answered instantly
- What it is:
- A WhatsApp assistant trained on your clinic — timings, fees, doctors' schedules, test preparation instructions, directions.
- What it replaces:
- Reception repeating identical answers between patients all day.
- What changes:
- Patients get instant answers; reception handles the people standing in front of them.
One appointment book
- What it is:
- Bookings from calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins flowing into a single schedule your whole team sees.
- What it replaces:
- The register, the WhatsApp chat and someone's memory disagreeing.
- What changes:
- No double bookings, no lost entries, a clear day sheet every morning.

Example workflow: missed evening call to booked appointment
- 1
A patient calls at 8:40pm, after closing. The AI receptionist answers in the patient's language.
- 2
It checks tomorrow's OPD schedule and offers two open slots with the consulting doctor's name.
- 3
The patient picks a slot. The booking lands in the clinic calendar instantly.
- 4
The patient receives a WhatsApp confirmation with timing, fees, directions and what to bring.
- 5
At 8am, the patient gets a reminder with one-tap confirm — confirmed slots show on the morning day sheet.
- 6
If the patient cancels, the slot reopens and the waitlist is notified automatically.

Common questions
Is it safe to let an AI talk to patients?
The agent handles logistics only — appointments, timings, fees, directions, preparation instructions. Anything clinical — symptoms, medication, advice — is immediately handed to your staff. Those boundaries are built in as hard rules, not suggestions.
What about patient data privacy?
The system can run on your own server, in India, and we build to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. You own the system and the data — we don't route your patient information through third-party tools you haven't approved.
Will it work in my patients' language?
Yes — Hindi, Gujarati and English, switching to whatever the patient speaks. We've shipped a production voice agent that runs full conversations in Gujarati.
What if the patient needs to speak to a person?
They say so — or the agent detects it — and the call transfers to your staff with the context so the patient doesn't repeat themselves. After hours, urgent matters go to whichever number you designate.
Do I need new software or a new calendar?
No. We connect to whatever you run today — a practice-management system, Google Calendar, or a paper register you'd like replaced with something simple. The build is scoped around your setup.
