System & Data Integration (Tally, Zoho, CRM)
System integration is the connecting layer between the software you already run — Tally, Zoho, your CRM, your website, your marketplace accounts — so data moves automatically, in both directions, with monitoring. Lets Automation, Surat, India, builds integrations with custom APIs where off-the-shelf connectors stop. Fixed scope, fixed price, you own the code.
Sound familiar?
- Tally doesn't talk to your CRM.
- Website enquiries don't reach your sales team.
- E-commerce orders get re-entered by hand into accounting.
- Somebody's job is copying data between screens.
- You find out a sync failed a week later, from a customer.
What we build
Tally and Zoho two-way sync
- What it is:
- Orders, invoices, payments and ledgers moving between Tally, Zoho and your other systems automatically.
- What it replaces:
- Manual entry and month-end reconciliation.
- What changes:
- One set of numbers everywhere.
CRM, website and marketplace connectors
- What it is:
- Website forms, portal leads and marketplace orders flowing straight into your CRM or ERP.
- What it replaces:
- Enquiries and orders re-typed by hand.
- What changes:
- Nothing is lost between systems.
Custom APIs
- What it is:
- Where no connector exists, we write one — including for legacy or desktop software.
- What it replaces:
- “It can't be integrated.”
- What changes:
- Any system with data can be connected.
Monitoring and failure alerts
- What it is:
- Every pipeline watched; you're told when something fails, and what to do.
- What it replaces:
- Silent failures discovered later.
- What changes:
- Problems surface the same hour.

Common questions
Can you integrate Tally? It's desktop software.
Yes. Tally can be integrated through its own interfaces and through connectors and custom code, in both directions — sales, purchases, receipts, ledgers. What's practical depends on your Tally version and how it's hosted, which we check in the free call. There's a guide to the options on our blog.
How much does an integration project cost?
We don't publish fixed prices for an integration project, because the price depends on scope — how many channels, systems and features you want included changes what we build. What we do fix is the quote: after a free 30-minute call you get a written plan with a fixed scope, fixed price and fixed timeline before any code is written. No hourly billing, and if you add to the scope later, that's quoted separately and in writing.
How long does an integration project take to build?
We build in 4–8 week sprints with a working demo every two weeks. Most clients see their first automation live within about 6 weeks. The written plan you receive after the free call includes a fixed timeline for your specific scope.
Do I own the code and data?
Yes. You own the code, the server and the data. We build on tools like n8n and open APIs so there's no licence that scales with your usage, and there's no 12-month lock-in — you can take the system in-house whenever you want, or keep us on for support.
Do you work with businesses outside Surat?
Yes. We're based in Surat, Gujarat, and work with businesses across India and remotely with clients abroad. Scoping, the fortnightly demos and support all run over calls and WhatsApp, so location doesn't change how we work.
