It's free, with no obligation. If the honest answer is that you don't need us yet — or that a better spreadsheet will do — the plan says so. Pricing for any build is fixed and written down before you commit to anything.
How much does AI consulting cost?
The 30-minute audit call and the written automation plan are free. Any build that follows is quoted as a fixed price for a fixed scope — and because the price depends on what's included, we don't publish starting prices. If you add to the scope later, that's quoted separately and in writing. Ongoing advisory is scoped the same way.
How long does AI consulting take to build?
The call is 30 minutes and the written plan arrives within 7 days. If you go ahead with a build, it runs in 4–8 week sprints with a working demo every two weeks.
Do I own the code and data?
Yes. You own the code, the server and the data. We build on tools like n8n and open APIs so there's no licence that scales with your usage, and there's no 12-month lock-in — you can take the system in-house whenever you want, or keep us on for support.
Do you work with businesses outside Surat?
Yes. We're based in Surat, Gujarat, and work with businesses across India and remotely with clients abroad. Scoping, the fortnightly demos and support all run over calls and WhatsApp, so location doesn't change how we work.
