Customer Success Manager
Be the bridge between our clients and engineering. Ensure automations deliver real ROI and expand accounts over time.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 15-20 client accounts post-implementation
- Monitor automation performance and proactively identify issues
- Lead quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales
- Collect and synthesize client feedback for the product team
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting
- Strong analytical skills — you'll be reading dashboards and metrics daily
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Technical curiosity — you don't need to code, but you should understand how systems connect
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
