Customer Success Manager

Be the bridge between our clients and engineering. Ensure automations deliver real ROI and expand accounts over time.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of 15-20 client accounts post-implementation
  • Monitor automation performance and proactively identify issues
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with client stakeholders
  • Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales
  • Collect and synthesize client feedback for the product team

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills — you'll be reading dashboards and metrics daily
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Technical curiosity — you don't need to code, but you should understand how systems connect
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
