Senior Automation Engineer
Design and build enterprise-grade automation pipelines. You'll work directly with clients to transform manual workflows into reliable, scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement custom automation solutions for enterprise clients
- Lead technical discovery sessions to map client workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Build integrations with 50+ platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for the automation team
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to scope and estimate new projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or building custom integrations
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- Excellent communication skills — you'll be client-facing regularly
