Solutions Architect
Lead technical discovery with prospective clients. Map their operations, design automation architectures, and hand off to our build team.
Responsibilities
- Lead 2-week operational audits for prospective and existing clients
- Design end-to-end automation architectures and integration maps
- Create detailed technical proposals and ROI estimates
- Bridge the gap between client business needs and engineering implementation
- Contribute to our library of automation patterns and playbooks
Requirements
- 7+ years in software engineering, consulting, or solutions architecture
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems
- Experience scoping and estimating technical projects
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Background in operations, process improvement, or consulting is ideal
