Technical Writer
Create clear, concise documentation for our automation platform, client guides, and internal knowledge base.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain technical documentation for our automation platform
- Create client-facing guides and onboarding materials
- Document internal processes and engineering runbooks
- Build a searchable knowledge base for common automation patterns
- Collaborate with engineering to keep docs in sync with releases
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical writing experience (software/SaaS preferred)
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language
- Experience with documentation tools (Notion, GitBook, Docusaurus)
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and software architecture
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
